**Return Policy**

We offer a 14-day return window, allowing you 14 days post-receipt to initiate a return. However, for a seamless return process, please reach out to us at contact@luxestilo.com within a week of receiving your item to begin the process.

**Eligibility for a Return**

To qualify for a return, your item must remain unworn or unused, retain its original tags, and be housed in its initial packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also necessary for the return process.

**Initiating a Return**

Begin your return by contacting us at contact@luxestilo.com. Remember, returns without prior notification are not accepted. For returns, please use the following address: PO BOX 30062, RPO King Street. W, Toronto, ON, M5V0A3. To ensure your return reaches us within the 14-day window, please mail your item no later than 9 days after receipt.

**Damages and Issues**

Inspect your order upon reception and immediately contact us if you find the item defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can address and rectify the issue promptly.

**Restrictions**

Note: Returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards.

**Exchanges**

For an exchange, return the original item, and upon acceptance, place a new order for the desired item.

**Adjustment for Free Shipping Threshold**

If you return items from your order, causing the total order value to fall below our free shipping threshold, the refund issued will be adjusted to deduct the original shipping costs. This adjustment reflects the fulfillment costs incurred on orders that no longer meet our free shipping criteria due to returned items.


**Refunds**

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days, exclusive of shipping costs. Note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at contact@luxestilo.com.
